MyPaadna Terms of Use effective February 2, 2022:

1. By using the MyPaadna (MP) platform, you agree to the following terms of use. Please note that the terms are subject to change and users of the service will be notified if there are any changes.
2. I declare that my contribution/investment in the MyPaadna Plan/system/cycle is based on my free will
3. I declare that my contribution/investment in the MyPaadna Plan/system/cycle are not resources attained from any fraudulent means and that my payment at the end of the cycle will not be used for any type of fraudulent means
4. All payment inquiries must be directed to the convener (group leader) of your MyPaadna group/team.
5. All non-payment inquiries must be directed to the convener (group leader) of your MyPaadna group/team.
6. MyPaadna (applications and website), along with our parent company and subsidiaries, are not responsible for late payments to the group/team pool.
7. MyPaadna (applications and website), along with our parent company and subsidiaries, are not responsible for non-payment to the group/team pool.
8. I understand that MyPaadna is a platform/service provider to facilitate payment to my MyPaadna group/team.
9. As a convener/group leader, I understand that my periodic bonus for forming/convening the group, thus making me the team/group leader, motivating group members to pay on time, and maintain ethical standards, is 40% of the periodic payment to the team/group; and I understand and agree that the other 60% of the periodic payment to the team/group goes to the MyPaddna Service providers for service maintenance and management.
10. I understand and agree that one periodic payment (“hand”), from the entire cycle, is used as a team/group leaders’ fee and MyPaadna service maintenance and management fee.
11. I agree to make the required periodic payment (“hand”) on the dates agreed and stated by team/group and enforced by team/group leader/convener.
12. I agree to make agreed period payment (“hand”) on the dates agreed until the group plan/cycle is over and all group participants/members are in receipt of their total agreed payment
13. I understand and agree that each MyPaadna Plan/cycle can value no more than USD$11,000
14. I understand and agree that each payment to my group/team must be paid on the agreed periodic date and late payments will attract a 2% of the periodic payment (“hand”) late fee.
